The theme for this year’s meeting is Crossroads: The Intersection of Technology and Driver Behavior”. Given the increase in the number of fatalities from road crashes involving motor vehicles in 2015, the focus of all discussions will be on “how technological innovations can impact the way we drive now and in the future”. This is because driver behavior has been identified as the primary cause of road crashes in 94% of recorded cases last year.
