Wisconsin Change of Address Forms
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Division of Motor Vehicles requires driver’s to update their address information within 10 of moving to their new address. You could do this online, by phone, and by mail.
You are also allowed to complete this procedure by e-mail but it is not recommended.

WI Vehicle Registration & Title Address Change
Whether you need to update your address information on your vehicle records, you need to go to your local post office as the WI DMV will receive your new address from them.
