Now, you are allowed to access and fill out your forms without having to collect them at your local DMV office. Note that there are some specific forms that cannot be accessed online, which may require residents to visit their local agency and complete them in person.

Vermont Change of Address Forms
The VT DMV requires drivers to notify of a change of address within 30 days of moving to the new address. You could complete this procedure either online, at a kiosk, by mail, or in person.

If you want to update your address online. visit the Vermont DMV express website and use your driver’s license number to log in on the system.

If you need to change your address by mail or in person, fill out the Form VL-021 and submit it to your local VT DMV branch or mail it to:
