Oklahoma Change of Address Forms

The OK DPS requires you to change your address on your driver’s license or ID card  within 10 of moving to your new location.  You are also not obligated to update your address information on your vehicle registration records until your next renewal period.

OK Driver’s License Address Change

To change your address online, visit the OK DPS website and insert the following information:

• Name
• Birth date
• Email address

By Mail

If you need to change your address by mail, submit a letter to the DPS and include the following:

• Full name
• Birth date
• Driver’s license or ID card number
• Previous address
• New address

And mail it to:
