If you paid for your registration before completing the smog requirements, the DMV will automatically ship you the registration within 2-3 weeks if you made your payment directly with the CA DMV. The DMV receives electronic notification of the completion of smog and you only need to wait the designated mailing period to receive your tags.
If you ordered with eTags, you must log into your eTags account by clicking on the link in any of the emails or text messages you received from us or by visiting eTags.com/status to confirm that you completed the smog. We will then ship your registration with average delivery time of 3 - 5 business days.
