Hi,
In Florida, a hold from a toll company like EPASS (Central Florida Expressway Authority), SunPass and others, take 24-48 hours on average to be removed once you have made the necessary toll payment. In some cases, the toll company fails to send notification to the DMV to remove the hold and a release form can be requested from the toll company and sent to eTags or whatever tag agency or DMV office you are getting your registration from. This page on the Florida DMV site, https://services.flhsmv.gov/MVCheckWe... lets you check for any holds on your registration and can identify if you have multiple holds which may require that you contact multiple toll agencies. If you have an order with eTags, do not hesitate to contact our support team by phone, email, or text if you need additional assistance.
